Sometimes thinking is hard. Some would imagine that thinking of a small, silly little prompt for a blog every so often would be as easy as the metaphorical pie, but when your life is a bit stale like mine, it becomes harder and harder to do so. My life, for example, mainly consists of four things at the time of writing: school, work, recreation (which consists almost primarily of video games or similar activities), and household chores. There’s only so much that goes on in that group of things that is interesting, much less worth writing about.
Sure, I could just pick something super niche and silly to write about, but that’s boring. Nobody really wants to hear about some trivial progress in a game nobody cares about, regardless of the fact that I can write about it if I so choose. Unfortunately, that might just be what I will have to do if I keep stumbling into the dreaded writer’s block as often as I’m doing with these blogs. I’m a pretty clever guy, or so I’d like to think, so ideally that is not a recurring problem, but be prepared in the not-too-unlikely event that I have a long streak of total blankness when it comes to writing. Over and out, I suppose. See you next time.
